Energy Saver Program
The City of Cleveland, Cleveland Housing Network, and Cleveland Action to Support Housing (CASH) are launching the Cleveland Energy $aver Program. This program allows Cleveland homeowners, regardless of income level, to save up to $3,750 on home energy efficiency improvements. This program is a pilot program and limited to just 100 households.
