Euclid Corridor Opens to Bicycles
Billed as Cleveland's first Complete Street, the Eucild Avenue right-of-way has been transformed into a street that is accessible via foot, bicycle, mass transit, as well as automobile.

to enable safe access for all users. Pedestrians, bicyclists,
motorists and bus riders of all ages and abilities are able
to safely move along and across a complete street."
In completing this transportation project, Euclid Avenue has been completely rebuilt featuring wide and aesthetically pleasing sidewalks with ample crosswalks which feature countdown timers and audible signals for the blind, 5' wide bike lanes between Cleveland State University and Case Western Reserve University, and middle-of-the-street transit stations (similar to the original Street Car set-up which ran down Euclid until 1953) which provide shelter and wayfinding for the Bus Rapid Transit Vehicles and other bus and trolley lines servicing Euclid.
