The 22nd Annual EarthFest event takes place from 10am to 5pm at the Cleveland MetroParks Zoo.
The Clean Transportation Showcase will feature a wide vareity of  exhibits focused on educating consumers and the public at large on how to reduce their use of petroleum for transportation.

National Alternative Fuel Vehicle Odyssey Day is coming........

Tri-C's Metro Campus will serve as the location for the 2010 version of this exhibit of clean vehicles including: clean fuel (biodiesel, propane, ethanol, natural gas) & clean technology (fuel cells, electric, hybrids & plug-in hybrids, low-speed electric) cars and trucks as well as a focus on practice based solutions including car sharing, car pooling, idle reduction, complete streets, and eco-driving.

I attended this last year and found it to be incredibly informative as the knowledgable ASU staff presents information for both the mind and the hands. It's about a 7 & 1/2 hour drive from Cleveland into the heart of the BEAUTIFUL Blue Ridge Mountains.
