The Michigan Clean Transportation Expo & Awards (MCT) brings together Michigan's public and private sectors in support of the state's burgeoning clean transportation industry. The event is held in the prestigious 20,000 square foot Diamond Ballroom of the Rock Financial Showcase in Novi on Wednesday, September 24th, 2008. MCT is the place where key decision-makers will meet to look for the answers to both today's and tomorrow's pressing clean transportation questions.
The Earth Day Coalition's Sustainable Cleveland Partnership and Clean Transportation Programs are working with NOACA's Air Pollution experts to educate local commercial vehicle fleets about the importance of meeting US EPA air quality requirements for our region through the use of diesel retrofits and idle-reduction policies. To that end, we've posted a compendium of idle-reduction policies for any fleet or city looking to implement such a practice.
